How does SafiLink verify providers?
Every provider goes through a four-step process: phone OTP verification, government ID upload, a live selfie face-match against that ID, and a final manual admin review — before they can accept a single job.
How do payments work?
Clients pay through M-Pesa STK Push directly in the app. Funds are held securely in escrow and only released to the provider after the client confirms the job is complete.
What happens if something goes wrong with a job?
Every job has a built-in dispute option. If a client isn't satisfied, they can raise a dispute before funds are released, and our team steps in to review it.
Which areas will SafiLink launch in first?
We're prioritising major Kenyan towns and cities based on waitlist demand, starting with Nairobi. Tell us your area when you join the waitlist to help us prioritise.
How much does it cost to join as a provider?
Joining and completing verification is free. SafiLink takes a small service fee from completed jobs, shown transparently before you accept any work.
